If you are looking for an authentic, full of flavour spanish paella, you cannot go past Analia and the Spanish Casa paella.  We hired Analia and her staff to cater for our daughter's engagement and EVERYONE absolutely loved and raved about how tasty the paellas were.  We had the seafood and vegetarian options and they were both amazing and tasted so, so good. Analia and Martina were lovely to deal with. They were the perfect fit for my son's 21st with approx 70 guests. It was a party with a difference as my son has autism and is non-verbal and there were many people attending who had a disability. They were kind, respectful, efficient and the food was amazing. Communication was great and they are very experienced in dealing with lots of people. It was great to know the food was in their capable hands.
